Resolved — Cooling issues are resolved. No more impact is expected.
Monitoring — Cooling issues in zone 138 are resolved. For the time being, the emergency cooling units will remain active. In contrary to what was communicated before, the issue was not caused by the weather. We will monitor the situation closely.
Identified — Due to the circumstances we have decided to bring in emergency cooling units for zone 138. These will arrive on site soon. More personnel is on its way to mitigate the incident. Other zones are not at risk.
Identified — The higher temperature in zone 138 is caused by hot temperatures outside in combination with possibly failing compressors or condensors, which caused some circuits to automatically shutdown. We are still mitigating.
Investigating — The temperature in zone 138 is rising at this point. Temperatures in other zones are steady. We are still investigating. Cooling partner is on site.
Investigating — We see some malfunctioning on some cooling units. In zone 138 this might result in somewhat higher temperatures. This does not apply to zones 134 and 136, but also here we do see some errors. We are investigating.
